The organisation continues to conduct strategic project initiatives in 40 villages in 2 Northern Provinces. The initiatives aim at improving the productivity and capacity of rural sericulture activities through an emphasis of specialization. Project’s main objective is to increase national silk yarn production to 300 tons/ year through the creation of a coordinated rural satellite system of silk farmers.
