On display are European oil paintings, European art of the pre and post industrial revolution, miniature paintings, sculptures, Japanese and Chinese art, Indian textiles, crafts, wood carvings, Islamic, Tibetan art, Egyptian art, objects of geology, zoology, anthropology, ethnology, coins.
The museum has library facilities.
