The museum mainly features the Mughal period and displays a collection of objects belonging to that period, including maps, engravings and paintings of great historical value.
Old arms- finely decorated swords and daggers. The textile section contains samples of embroidered canopies and cushions from the palace rooms.it also houses costumes of the royal princes made of fine brocade with exquisite workmanship.
In addition are maps and relics of 1857 including arms and armour are also ion display.
The museum has library facilities.
